We bought this and has stopped charging my iPhone. Something has gone wrong. Not dropped or damaged at all.It says iPhone doesn’t recognise this accessory.Please exchange.ThankyouN B Malhan

Started to delaminate after about 1 month making it very unsightly then today after 3months just stopped working. Won’t charge the phone despite being fully charged itself and won’t allow the phone to charge via cable so I have to remove the phone to charge it.

This is the second of these cases I've purchased (first died after a year) and, while there are good points, I'm overall not happy with it.Unfortunately, the two volume buttons on the case barely move, and depress the volume buttons on the phone (so that it either goes to zero, or max volume). This wasn't a problem with the last version of this case that I had. It's hugely annoying.But at least the power button on the case works well with the power button on the phone (moves easily, I can feel the click of the button being depressed). I can only wish that the volume buttons work the same.I can't speak to the battery in this case, as I haven't had it long enough to really test it out, but if I activate the battery, it charges the phone. It's also helpful that the case takes a lightning cable, instead of me needing to use a micro-USB cable (like yet another case I used to have).Disappointingly, the case came with a note saying: "Please contact us first", which I did (email), but zero answer. I'm assuming that the seller prefers that I don't do what I'm doing now: giving the product a poor review.

This item got delivered today, It doesn’t even charge, worse purchase I’ve made from Amazon, will be looking for a refund

Stopped working after just a few days and was stuck on phone so had to cut off which means Amazon will probably not refund. Waste of money.

It’s a fail

Good battery life whilst it was working. However after just two months use it broke and would not charge at all
