I love that this is a 3 pack. I am very sensitive to smells, especially when I have a migraine. It’s nice to be able to just hold one of these under my nose to avoid a stinky stink. Holding them in place for a long time is sometimes inconvenient but I just put Vicks or rose salve under my lip in those instances.In addition to helping me avoid smelly smells they really do help curb nausea. I have dysautonomia and sometimes changes in my blood pressure, blood sugar or even rapid changes in body temperature cause me extreme nausea. I have one of these little inhalers stuffed in the pillowcase that I sleep on so I have easy access to it if I wake up feeling wonky. They give me just enough of a break in my nausea to sit up and take my meds when necessary.I love them so much that I have one to my son who has similar problems with smells and nausea and he loves it too.

This does work. I gave it a 4 because I personally work like the smell a bit stronger but it still works very well.

I got this item for a cruise because in the past I would get nauseated on boat. The smell did help with the use of motion sickness medicines.

Maybe it works on some people but it didn't really seem to help me with my nausea.

I ordered the variety pack and 2 of the 3 sents are disgusting! The lemon peppermint was ok. The peppermint ginger was bad for me and my husband said it smelled like a peppermint patty. Candy/chocolate is NOT what I want to be smelling when I'm on the verge of throwing up. And the lemon ginger was SO bad it made both me and my husband gag. It smelled rotten!

These are lifesavers for those times when my headaches are unbearable. Quick onset and relief.
