Keeps beeping while charging
I’m not sure will I ever be able to use the device. It was delivered today, put it on charge and there is a loud beep coming from the machine like it’s about to explode for 20min already. The beep is extremely loud and if this what I have to deal with every time, then I can’t use this...

Not same exact device as in the picture.

Power button does not work
The product does not work. It quite simply doenst turn on. It worked the first time and worked beautifully but the touch power on off button was not as sensitive as I thought it should be. I didnt quite think it to be an issue. Charged it for the alloted time and it charges. Oh it charges all right. But it just doesn't turn in anymore. So it's a glorified fancy scraper. Disappointed.

Broken item
The product did not work, charger was broken then I Substituted a charger and it charged for a couple minutes then stopped working all together. I never had the opportunity to use this.
