I was put off by how expensive these were. Especially as I can just go on YouTube and look up Kettlebell exercises. But I bought them anyway and am glad I did. The colour coding and rating system is very well thought out. There's something very satisfying and encouraging about being able to shuffle and sort out cards you want and the explanations and illustrations are clear. At least, I've had no problems following them personally. There's online videos to accompany them as well though. I thought about docking them a star for the price but I'm reviewing the quality of the product at the end of the day. Other people can decide whether they want to pay this much for a set of cards. I have found them more motivating and helpful than I expected though. They are high quality as well and come in a nice little durable box.

This is my second resource for new kettlebell exercises and there are a ton of good ones in here. I found the QR codes for the videos fairly easy to use and helpful for exercises like the Turkish get up. I will say a lot of the blue and green cards aren’t great, they seem more gimmicky than actual strength building exercises, but the rest are helpful.

These are a great introduction to kettlebells. The cards are color coded for muscle group, and there is a QR code on each card linking to a youtube video of the exercise. I've been able to incorporate kettlebells into my regular lifting seamlessly.
