Atom X88 Infinity LVLP-MP Professional Spray Gun 1.3 and 1.4 TIP Combo - Solvent/Waterborne + Free GunBudd Ultra Lighting System

Upon opening the box I learned that there was no lid to the paint cup. This alone makes the spray gun unusable. There's no way to keep the paint in the cup without a cap. Good luck trying to reach out to the company-they have no contact e-mail or phone number on their website. They only list a mailing address.I have a cup (with a cap) from a Harbor Freight paint gun that I was able to use as I go through snail mail to try to reach out to the company to get a cap. I noticed that the paint gun doesn't really spray any better than the many cheap Harbor Freight paint guns I currently use. My honest opinion is to save your money and use a cheap paint gun. I'm mostly disappointed that the ATOM company provides no easy way to contact them, which tells me they don't want to hear from you once they get your money.

The main gun seems to work okay but the little one not so great I might of gotten a defective one. And the cups are the small ones I thought they came with the large paint cup. I Literally got to refill it like 5 times to paint a small car. I guess the seller doesn't care

The gun has pitting on the handle and a sharp burr right at the bottom of the grip area. Emailed customer service, no response. Tried the text option on the website, no response. Customer service seems non-existent.What they don't tell you when you buy it is that if there are any issues, you must ship it to Hawaii!And get this, they are so proud of their high quality product, they stand behind it with a 15% restocking fee... and I must pay to ship it half way around the world for a sub-standard piece of Chinese junk!Well, since I've received no communication from the seller (purchased directly from the company), I'll pack it up, inform them that it's going back to them, and get my credit card company involved for a full refund (hopefully).My advice, buy something else, anything else! I've got an old Chinese Pit-Pro that I started with 20+ years ago that's nicer than this overpriced garbage.If they do accept my return and refund ALL my money, I'll at least pull this review and say no more about it, chalking it up to insufficient research before making the decision to purchase.Update on the Atom X27 HVLP:After numerous attempts to contact the company with no response, I reached out to PayPal for relief.They finally got back to me with a short note to refer to their return policy. Got that message twice, obviously prompted by PP to step up.In the end, I received a full refund through PP and the company didn't even want to spend the money to get their product back with a prepaid shipping label... What does that say about its actual value?My sincere advice, if you've got the $300+ to spend on this $30 piece of junk, you're halfway to a really decent gun by a more reputable maker that won't leave you scratching your head in disbelief at how a company can still be in business with garbage like this. I fell for the hype, hopefully you won't!

Run as fast as you can and as far away as you can from this overpriced underwhelming chinese junk. Save yourself some money and headaches and just buy a iwata lph 400! Seriously this is garbage and way way to expensive! Mine would not spray worth crap and they wouldn't make it right. It went in to the trash bin. I Bought a iwata and so much better

The gun did not spray properly right out of the box. I tried returning it for a new one and you cannot call anyone. There is no customer service number. I spoke with them through email. They want you to pay to send it to Hawaii, then they will send you a new one. To much of a hassle. Do not buy. Garbage!!!!
