Product description said this cord would power my chill mat, but it doesn't. And now they say the return window has closed. Didn't even know there was a return window. Very unhappy. And I only have it 1 star cause I couldn't submit if they were left blank.

Fits and works perfectly.

It dose not fit my cooling mat and I do not know what to pick when I click on return item. It's a good item it just does not fit my cooling mat.

Works great. I am happy to have my laptop fan back.

Tip was very fragile and sensitive. It also wouldn't go all the way in. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the Seller was very helpful and it still works(just barely)
