I wasn't particularly happy with this product for 3 reasons.1. The first is probably my own fault, but I expected that if I purchase an item to use in the UK that it would come with a suitable plug. I had seen on the images that it had a 2 pin plug and naively thought it would naturally have an adaptor. I did eventually manage to dig one out myself but the connection between the plug and the socked is very loose which is not great, especially considering issue 2.2. The power cable supplied with this item is extremely short. It makes no sense for an item like this to have such a short cable. Even with it plugged in right next to my office chair it struggles to reach the neck area of the headrest. It's quite a bespoke cable so will have to try and shop around for an extension. The plug being loose also means that it can easily be pulled out.3. The power of the unit is rather weak, it takes very little pressure for the mechanics to strain. If you want to really work those painful muscles this probably won't suffice.That being said, in the short time I have used this I have found it to do help with my own aches so far. Given the choice again though I wouldn't have bought this unless it came with a longer cable and at least a UK adaptor.

I received the package in a very bad way... First of all, the product was sent in a paper bag instead of a box, when I opened it, the "original" box of the product was broken and open, I honestly believe that the product was not new., anyway the worst is that the product was damaged, apparently with a short circuit because the slightest movement of the cable stopped working, I retourned it the very same day and ask for a refund, Im gonna look for another seller.
