It took a little while for me to notice an improvement in my mood, but after a week or two of taking it, I can absolutely tell a difference. I would say specifically the improvement to my mood means I feel more calm, more patient, and less irritable. Overall I feel less reactive to negative things and have a more peaceful, more positive, upbeat mood. It is definitely not a cheap supplement, but worth every penny for me. I find the capsules easy to take and have not noticed any negative side effects. I appreciate that the ingredients are high quality and the specific combination and dosages of each thing contained in the capsules is supported by research to be effective. I have already recommended this product to many people who are looking for a substantial improvement in their mood as well.

I usually don’t leave reviews ever. But I had to for this amazing supplement. I’ve dealt with anxiety/depression ever since I’ve been younger. I recently hit rock bottom when I was diagnosed with a new tick born disease that completely flipped my life upside down. This caused a lot of health anxiety and issues for me. I was trying so hard not to go on medication. I’ve tried L-theanine and magnesium glycinate which did very little for me. However, I was so desperate to just feel alive and happy again. I finally had discovered Dr. Amen and this supplement and let me say, it is the best 50 ish dollars I have ever spent in my life. I feel like myself again. I’m happy, motivated, calm, anxiety free. My physical anxiety symptoms have GONE AWAY! No lightheadedness, dizziness, racing heart, numbness, nothing!!! My stress bloating and GI issues has also significantly decreased. I’ve only been on it for maybe 3 weeks and I’ve never felt this good… ever. I’ve also had little to no side effects. Maybe a bit of upset stomach but I just eat a small snack with it. This supplement truly saved my life!!

Did absolutely nothing. A took a gamble and paid for this $50 bottle of placebos. I hoped based on the reviews that I would feel something, but I might as well have been taking empty capsules. These things can be snake oil. That's why the FDA doesn't approve any of this stuff. They don't want the liability. I'm glad it worked for some.
