Pretty pricey... considering it doesn't even come with the sand. LOL

Good bag. Ignore the dumb reviews.
I took a chance on this item, since none of the bad reviews had anything intelligent to say. For what I wanted and what this is, I'm happy. I was looking for a simple sand bag to augment workouts. I wasn't looking for multiple handles, huge capacity, or something that I could throw around a CrossFit gym. I was looking for something inexpensive (and none of these sandbags are exactly cheap) I'm finding this particular bag to be well-made, of durable materials, with excellent sand retention. Retention is made possible by thick, wide Velcro strips that close the opening then fold over and stay secure. If you're doing the HardCore workout, I think you'll be satisfied with this product. FYI, sand can be bought cheaply at your local DIY store for about $5 for a small sealed bag of clean sand. Just add the sand to your new sandbag. For those wondering why the bag doesn't come with sand (and many people do seem to wonder)... Do you really want to pay (or have the price reflect) the cost of shipping 20 pounds of sand?

Works for me
Nice replacement to iron weights reducing the risk of injury. The handles make it easy to hold, rest on the back of the neck etc.. Easy to fill with sand from Home Depot.

This was disapointing. I used it for a week with 22min Hard Corps and the seams split and the handles starting coming off. I followed the instructions to the letter. Very disapointed.

Good bag, yes it’s empty.
Good bag. Yes it’s empty. 50 pounds of sand at Home Depot costs $5. Is it worth $40? No, but it does do the job. I bought it with Shift Shop.
