Are the lens caps clear or opaic?

They are clear. They’re NOT INSTALLED from the factory...You’ll need to peel off protective film and snap them into into place. BUT BE CAREFUL to NOT remove that film until they are SNAPPED IN! Or;You can very easily cause light scratches like I did! I have 2...it went better the second time. Of course US GUYS DONT ALWAYS READ INSTRUCTIONS! lol I recommend these highly.. Both the MRO & the cover!

Will the front cap work with the ARD installed?

Unfortunately no. The diameters are identical

No it will not, it even says it on Trijicon’s website.

how do i remove the lens protection？ it seems like it can be removed

You can remove the lens covers the clip them to the side. But you can just leave them on it's the same thing. Or you can blacken the front sight window to make it like the aim point pro.
