Delicious and don’t contain cows milk!
These are super yummy! And, the best part, they don’t contain any milk! I bought these to put in gift baskets, and because of the lack of milk, they were perfect for anyone with milk allergies or with dietary restrictions! The flavor was great and everyone enjoyed them! The one downside to the lack of milk in the packets is that they cannot be made with hot water, but require milk or a milk alternative, but the ability to use alternatives made them exactly what I needed!

My family absolutely loves this hot chocolate. We’ve never found another cocoa flavor that comes close. All packets were fresh. It’s been very very pricey this winter. I only buy it when it’s on sale. Would recommend

Yummy but cheaper at Walmart
It's Ghirardelli - it's going to be good. It actually is creamy and delicious. It goes well with both hot water and warm milk. I mix it with hot coffee too to make mocha. But the reason I took off one star is because this same item is cheaper at Walmart. The only reason I got it here is because of the fast Prime shipping.

I simply cannot explain how much I love this hot chocolate. The quality is amazing and even though it’s more expensive than maybe something like Swiss mix it’s 1000% worth it. I buy it again and again
