Great mailbox
This product lives up its name it certainly added a hint of distinction to our address. It has a classic design which is required for our neighborhood and the brass house number added an extra touch to its appearance. The design makes it easy to install and at most local hardware stores you can find a product for the installation mailboxes that can be used in place of concrete. It is a foam type subltance that hardens around the post (in the post hole) in a few minutes, which makes the installation easier and quicker.

Great looking mailbox
The final installed product looks great - adds a finishing touch to my outdoor update. Instructions clear and easy to assemble. Took me about 40 minutes from start to finish (dig hole, finish assembly and quick set cement).

Love the Mailbox - Needs Better Instructions
Mailbox was shipped very quickly. Fairly simple to put together, but more clear instructions with identification of hardware and tips on how to install the mailbox into the ground would've been appreciated. The mounting plate's pre-drilled holes did not align with the holes in the bottom of the mailbox and so I had to drill my own holes. I also wasn't too pleased that the only thing holding on the finial was a 1/4" set screw, but that's what it called for. Thankfully, I'm a fairly handy guy and so I was able to figure this all out and had the tools needed to dig the hole, install, etc. But If you're not handy, be prepared to struggle a little. LOVE the mailbox itself though! It's beautiful and way better than our last. TIP - use Sika Fence Post Fix instead of concrete when installing your mailbox - it worked very well, was way less messy, and cured VERY quickly.

Love the lookof this! It sets our house apart from the other plastic ones on the block!
This is as beautiful as the pictures. Cant wait to get flowers planted around it.

Cheap quality for the price
For the price I was expecting this to be one piece except the mailbox itself. I was not expecting to have to put the base covering on or attach the mount for the mailbox to sit on. Additionally, the hole for the mount the mailbox sits in did not line up. After "modifying" a hole I made it work. Once installed looks good but not impressed at all. I still need to get some chalking to fill in the gap at the top of the "base decorative piece" so water doesn't flow down the pole and build up to rust out the pole. Would not recommend. If not for the headache to return and needing a mailbox (been without over a week) I would not keep it. Hopefully it surprises me and lasts.🙏

Looks Good
Nice in appearance, pretty heavy and solid, no complaints. Good purchase - probably worth the price.

Easy enough to install but you need some things
My husband installed our mailbox. We went to Home Depot and got quick-crete. If you don't have a post digger, a simple shovel will do. The whole process was fairly easy to install with the exception of the final piece, the ornament. It's supposed to be held in place with the screw but that screw DID NOT FIT or was made for it. Our way of making this work was to turn the ornament around and use the screw to tighten it in place. Also the box does not close all the way unless you give it a good slam. Can potentially be fixed by loosening the clamp up or something.
