Q: Can this do horizontal and vertical flipping?

I don't believe it can do that. It's pretty much just plug it and it works. No app or settings. I would recommend doing your flipping before you feed it thru the black magic unit.

Q: Will this convert hdmi 1080p to hdmi 1080i?

This is not a hdmi converter. It can convert SDI to HDMI and viseversa.

Q: Das the device support sine,square,triangle waves?I need convertor who support input from 0,2ampers,and Range of frekfencies between 5hz and 5-10Mhz

Hi, No this only suport Video up to 1080p check if you have video standard in your HDMI or SDI Device. thanks
