Effective for appetite control
I loved this tea. One cup in the morning effectively helps to suppress appetite throughout the day. The chocolate flavor is perfect and smooth Highly recommend, will buy again.

Not a fix
I didn't like the chocolate flavor, and it didn't help me lose any fat. I am eating right and exercising, so I bought this to boost my efforts.

Tastes good but no weight loss effect.
I like the flavor - but I have not lost any weight with this program. I even have the pm tea and the daily pills that go with the am and pm tea. I just buy it for the flavor and it's much healthier than sugared up coffee. I also let it steep for about 7-10 mins to get stronger and more chocolatey. For sweetener if you need it - add some maple syrup, a tiny bit goes a long way.

Taste is strange
Not a fan of the flavor. I drink it hot and not too fond of it. Would it taste better cold? No laxative effect is great though!

These teas taste disgusting.
I ordered both a Raspberry Peach and a Chocolate Tea. They are so gross! And the company doesn't offer a refund or exchange. Don't buy these!
