WiTouch Pro TENS Unit for Back Pain Relief & Recovery, Wireless, Wearable Muscle Stimulator, Made in USA, Gel Pads Included

This is my SEVENTH week with back pain. I have no idea how I hurt my back - I think that I strained it and it just got worse the more I tried to push through the discomfort. I tried deep tissue and trigger point massages; went through five bottles of BioFreeze Professional; prescription Lidocaine patches and pain meds; a cheap ($40) TENS unit; nerve block injections. I also bought an eight-hour ice pack to pit on, a new desk chair, and a lumbar support cushion. The pain just kept coming back. Out of desperation, I searched Amazon for back pain relief and this popped up. I ordered it early last night (after looking to see if I could but it locally - nope). When I got home from work, it was waiting for me.The most difficult part for me was getting the box open. I thought that it was just a sleeve that covered the box, nope. So I ripped it to shreds and opened it up. Other than the "sleeve", beautiful packaging. I had already downloaded the app, and the battery setup and pairing instructions were pretty straightforward. I've been using it on it's highest level for the past three hours (with 15 minute breaks between as recommended), and it feels amazing. I was really skeptical that two AAA batteries could pack a punch but - yup. I bought pads and they will arrive tomorrow, but I am SO happy that this gem arrived with three sets of pads. I haven't taken the pads off but they are really adhering and I've been sitting, moving around making dinner, walking the dog, etc., and they haven't slipped or budged. Now I know that the $40 TENS unit I first bought is crap - it wouldn't hold a charge and it hurt as if I were being stabbed with a sharp fork. It hurt more than it helped. THIS unit has exceeded my expectations. I'll update in a few weeks. I am especially interested to see how it performs tomorrow at work (I walk several blocks between a parking garage and building, in 90* weather).So far, I do NOT regret this purchase.

The TENS unit works great for back pain relief BUT the tiny screw that holds the battery cover in place breaks the cover! Lasts only about 2 years. Design flaw.Delivery driver did NOT follow our instructions! Left the package at edge of porch and dropped on the porch! Terrible driver!!

I was very pleased with my first one until it fell into the toilet ! Once wet, it will never recover. The new one came with a smaller case. but a $ 40 increase within one year which was disappointing. Thus my 4 star review, It can only be used on your back, I find the phone app easy to use with multiple 30 min. programs and intensity levels. I have had no problems and it has minimized my pain to a more manageable level & I have worn it all day. It is not visible under your regular clothing. My experience with customer service was helpful & even suggested I should wait for Prime Days to purchase. Definitely recommend

Absolutely the best unit available! I've tried them all.I purchased several for employees and family members. They love it!I also love that it's made in USA.

What seemed like an excellent idea - being able to get the benefits of a Tens Unit without the wires, turned out to be more of an inconvenience than just sticking with a regular Tens Unit.With a standard Tens unit you do need to attach the unit to your belt or pocket, and you do have the wires to contend with. With this WiTouch Pro you still must carry your cell phone or be near your blue tooth device, otherwise the unit cant find its connection and won't work - so not much of a convenience there. But the worst thing about the WiTouch Pro, is the gel pads. They truly can only be used once, as they peel off in a ball of goo when you remove the unit, making them impossible to reuse. And, if you place the unit in the wrong spot and try to reposition it, the gel pads become destroyed.Also, with a Tens Unit, you have much more flexibility in placing the pads exactly where you need them. This device is sorely limited. Its a great idea - but very poorly designed.

My back pain stems from ligament and muscle tightness. This device works every time and nearly immediately in relieving the pain. The best thing about it is that it is mobile. I’ve used it while golfing.

I have several ruptured disks in my lower back and in the middle of my back, some of which have been surgically repaired. I have used these for years! While on vacation, I realized I neglected to pack my older one that works with a remote, so I ordered a new one, to find I have more control using their app on my phone (the new one). I’m tempted to purchase another one so I didn’t have to have a separate remote (but I’m not sure if I can control two using the same app on my phone.)Admittedly, it takes a bit to get used to it, but is one of the best ways I’ve found to deal with the pain, other than narcotics (that I refuse to take for more than a day or so).
