Henscoqi MXQ PRO 4K Android TV Box Quad Core Amlogic Set Top Box WiFi 1G 8G Memory

I was concerned due to research resulting in no accurate solution/direction to S/PDIF usage. I plugged this up to my projector and its working great. I used a 3.5mm to 2 RCA cable  Belkin Audio Y Cable Splitter 1-Mini Plug, 2-RCA Plugs (6 feet)  and one of the two RCA plugs had the digital signal to send to my 5.1 receiver. The user interface isn't the smoothest, but its by far impossible to use. I'd give it 5 stars but the controller it comes with is lacking IMHO. I really would like a pause/play button, and in a perfect world, the ability to configure the hot buttons on the top (maybe there is and I just don't know how???) There were several Apps I had to use the "mouse" feature on the controller in order to select buttons/options. It should have a tab/OK process that works for all apps.

Received unit brand new out of the box. After setting up, noticed started to freeze. Would not do anything until it was reset from the power. Continued doing so, even performed a factory reset.Tried again without any luck. Defective out of the box, brand new. Will not stay on or work longer than 10-20 minutes on average. Also what should I do if no longer works

This box only worked for about a month before it quit turning on, there is only a 30 day return policy. Not very happy at all, I own a different brand box for my bedroom and it works perfect, this one was for my daughter's room ☹

I am glad I waited to review this product. Purchased this for my husband to use on a TV in the garage. We had to replace our cable router causing the SID the change. The box will not recognize the new SID it us a brick. I reset the box google and watched videos for help.

I originally started with a Kodi Raspberry Pi setup, then Kodi for an Android tablet. The MXQ Pro was an easy setup, just plug it in and you're on your way. It does take a bit of time to find the best streaming links. The fact of the matter is that the quantity of available content is so vast that it can be time consuming finding exactly what you want. On the flip side, Kodi is so customizable that you can set up your menus how you want. Another great thing, the many skins available to customize the look. Once you get Kodi to where you want it, there are no limits to your viewing pleasures.

this box is great, I can watch movies and tv shows that are relatively new. I eliminated my cable service which saved me almost $100. a month so this box is worth every penny.

The item arrived on time - I installed it on a friend TV - Now his TV is considered a Smart TV because of the functions the box has.Internet browser, play store to add games, etc. They love the product - awesome product... Thanks

Its great! It came fully loaded with kodi and was easy to plug in and go. Its very easy to learn the interface and I havent had a problem streaming on kodi or showbox once! Also there customer service couldnt have been better there was a mix up on the order anc they corrected it immediately and were very polite about the situation. I will definitely be coming back. If you want for gaming I just bought matricom gpad ex and it works perfect with this box.
