These were pretty decent for the price. They all operated fine out of the box. The button mechanism worked reliably, simply press to turn on, didn't need to wiggle or anything. Very simple design, few pieces of plastic, LED, two batteries, metal strip, and six screws. Some of the screw threads were slightly stripped, but the screws don't fall out. Don't expect them to be waterproof, though if they'd probably eventually dry out OK if they got wet. A bit tricky to reassemble, but can be done with typical skills. I've kept one on my keychain for several weeks now, it has been quite reliable and bright. I like that it only comes on when you push the button, not likely to get stuck on and die. At this price you can get a bunch and hand them out as party gifts or what, keep a few around in useful places. I may update review after time, if they don't hold up for longer run.

I found these flashlights to be very handy and very reasonably priced; however, I wish that the lights could be turned on/off with one click rather than requiring the user to constantly hold down the button in order for the light to remain on.

Small and well built. However, you need to hold the button in for the light to shine. There is no way for the light to stay on on its own. I find the lack of this feature inconvenient.

My wife had one of the on her key chain for over 3 years and it finally had the button stick in the ON position for an additional 4 days until it faded away to darkness. She is a school bus driver and uses this light 250 days a year to pre trip her bus in the early morning hours. We love these so much that we all carry them on our key chains and give them to friends. Of course there are lights on most mobile phones now, but they are invaluable if you need to talk on your phone while looking at something in the dark. Really bright and ultra light weight. The cost of $1 per light makes these a very valuable intelligent purchase.

Very cool and long lasting lights that all loved as a gift at Burning man. The only issue is they should be able to stay turned on when pressed rather than being on ONLY when pressed.

1/3 of the lights don't work! I needed these for a school science project (I am a teacher) and I am really disappointed that they were such poor quality.

These arrived quick and were packaged very well. All of them worked perfectly, none were dead. I would still give five stars even if a couple had been dead because this is my favorite type of key chain flashlight and because they can cost over three bucks each in the store. Also, they are very bright for a key chain light and there are times when they are way more convenient than pulling out your phone. If you need some key chain lights don't even think twice about it, these are the ones that you want. Even if a couple are dead in the box you'll still get a great deal.

Not worth $3.00 for all 10 pieces, just junk items. Cost about 5 to 6 cents in China to make. 7 worked out if 10, push button hard to hold down for any length of time. Purchased better ones at the Dollar Store pack of 3 for a dollar, and were of better quality, also all work. Thought these would be much better, Sad very sad!
