I sent a message to the seller and got answer within a couple of hours and they sent me a new one right away and it arrived perfectly. So I thought this was such a cute idea for my husbands first Father’s Day. I read the reviews and saw this type of thing had happened but I thought it would have been fixed by now. I’m so disappointed because I was so excited to put a picture in it and surprise my husband. This frame is not cheap and it takes some time to arrive. I’ve tried to return and sent a message to the seller I’m hoping they will be quick and fix it.***update I was contacted by the company I received a new corrected frame and they also gave me a 20% discount. I’m happy now :) the frame is super cute. Hope they figure out how to fix the mistake for future purchases because I would love to buy another one in the future

It came in sooner than expected, but like the other reviews, the first letter of each name was lowercase. I did input them the way I wanted them to be displayed (capital letter included). Other than that, it’s a great purchase.

Loved this gift, only thing I didn’t like is that although I typed the names starting with capital letters, they made all letters small letters. I get with some names they may need to, but wasn’t necessary for my husband and Daughter names since both are just 5 letters. (See picture, the ‘T’ and Even totally could have been the same height as the ‘l’ without affecting layout) I would have preferred they names slightly smaller than small letters. Other than that my husband likes it and so do I.
