I gave up coffee 3 yrs ago and I will never forget the awful headaches I had for a couple of weeks every morning! I remember when I used Kos Energizing blue spirulina for the first time, I ❤️ this drink! No crash all natural ingredients that are good for you and no sugar! Most importantly it gives me energy so this has replaced the coffee but better no headache if I skip a day or 2.

This is my favorite afternoon. Pick me up drink. First of all the blue spirulina makes the drink such a beautiful blue color that balloon makes me happy plus it tastes amazing and it has just enough caffeine to get me through the rest of the day without interrupting my sleep at night. I buy this once a month I am obsessed.

Let me start off with saying The flavor is amazing!!!! I love how well it mixes into my smoothies, even with just water it is easily dissolved with no weird texture or residue left. I like how this is a cleaner alternative to adding a boost of energy to your day. I gave it only 4 stars due to the fact that it did give me heart palpitations. Maybe my body just isn't used to this type of energy. I did start using half a scoop and that helped a lot with giving me energy and not making me feel weird.

Taste good, a tad sweet for my personal taste but I just add more water than recommended. I don’t know that it gives me as much of a boost as other pre workouts I have had in the past but it’s good for a healthier version of a pre workout. My main goal was to introduce a more natural option for helping me maintain/increase endurance at the gym and I think this does that.

I can't tell if it "works", but this review is based on taste. I followed the directions and added 12 oz of cold water. It smells like a strong vitamin, it tastes like ink. I kept adding water. I was tempted to just down it, and get it over with. In the end, I made a full 32 oz of water, and added a flavored hydration powder (Ultima - pomegranate). This made it much more palatable, but I still got that lingering inky aftertaste. I'll try to update my review, if I can tolerate this drink and get results.

Admittedly, I'm a sucker for anything blue; it's my favorite color afterall. And anything blue in the edible world tends to be pretty healthy for us. So soon as I laid eyes on this product, I knew I had to try it. The taste is satisfactory. Blue raspberry happens to be my favorite flavor of anything, but usually onky found in artificial flavoring and you'll rarely find it in a natural product. That being said, don't expect this to taste like a blue Jolly Rancher or one of those blue popsicles we used to suck on as kids. What the flavor does is mask the taste of the not-so-tasty healthy ingredients hidden in this product and it does that more than well enough in my opinion. For A health product this tastes just fine (I mean, I'm used to drinking unflavored concotions that would send even the most seasoned healthnut running for the hills). With low sugar you won't feel guilty after taking this product and you can fit it into a low carb lifestyle. The marketing is genius. I'm not usually one to be sucked into marketing...I'm a back label reader. But something about this marketing just lulls you in. The label is gorgeous: clever names for products, vibrant colors, cool little art littering the product relevant to what's inside. Price wise I would say it's reasonable for what you're getting, there's quality ingredients here, albeit a little on the high side. Probably around what you'd pay for other high-end preworkout or energy mixes. Kos products are interesting and usually have a fair price point vs what you will find with similar products and that's what drove me to want to explore their options. With 28 servings, this will last you roughly a month. Energy/effects: my only gripe is I'd like a bit more caffeine, a bit more of a kick. Coming from a recovering energy drink addict, I'm used to the 150-160mg range. However, I do think the adaptogens and other goodies in this product will prove to make up for the deficit in caffeine. And maybe I'll get used to this amount over time. Overall I think this is an amazing product and, unless I come across somwthing even cooler, I'm likely to be a repeat customer. If you're like me and looking to replace that bland, acidic daily coffee (blegh), or kick that not-so-healthy energy drink habit, I would say this is worth trying. The exotic, natural blue hue of the product will have anyone seeing it thinking you're drinking Blue koolaid, and the exotic ingredients will have you feelin good.

NOT what I was expecting from KOS this time. Was really hoping this was going to be my go-to energy boost at work when I need it, but I get ABSOLUTELY NO kick from this at all! I will definitely hold on to this for the nutritional value, but as for energy this does not light me up. Such a shame cuz I love products from this company.

This taste and blends wonderfully. I love the Kos Brand. I've bought many of the different products and love that it's a clean product. This is worthy of giving it a try!☺️

Im pretty happy with the product itself and for the first pre workout i've ever tried it is a good one! I just wish it didnt taste kind of like berry flavored medicine - I have to add it in smoothies to kind of hide the flavor
