Mizuno T10 Plus Kneepad, Adult & Youth

I have long been a fan of Mizuno, from running gear, to golf gear, I have never been let down by their products. These knee pads for our middle school daughter are no exception. Could I find cheaper, more "cost effective" pads? Sure. Would they be the same high quality backed by a world class brand and there reputation.... no. Here's the details on what to expect from these. Material: Made from a highly elastic material you would find in most medical braces and thick socks. These are designed to be worn and played hard in. The elastic is stretchy and holds tight without cutting off blood flow. Probably not the most breathable material out there, but for what it is designed for I think it was the right choice. They seem very durable and expect them to last a few seasons. Fit: These are T10 knee pads. But don't worry I don't know the difference either. According to the packaging its a sizing measurement and these are made to fit 11-15.5" measurements taken above the knee where the top elastic would fit. My 6th grader is what I would say is average to petite for her age. These fit her very well. Not too loose and not uncomfortably tight. I would say that they might be a little on the loose side, but they hold in place, so no marks off here. Color/Design: Again, Mizuno quality. The logo isn't printed on its embroidered. The black material will hold up a long time and see no reason why it would discolor. Protection/Padding: Awesome! We got these to protect a growing body, and I feel they will do the job well. Without actually measuring the padding i would put it short of 1/2". My guess would be 3/8" padding that is initially soft but toughens up as it is compressed. Not just cheap foam, this is sports designed padding. Packaging: Not sure why this important to some, but if that's you, it comes in a blue plastic bag with a window to see the pads. the bag is resealable allowing your athoete to try them on and return them undamaged if needed. The back side has English, French, and Spanish on the back explaining the build of the pads.

I was looking for good knee pads for my kids who play volleyball and decided to try these Mizuno Youth T10 Plus ones. I’m really glad I did. These kneepads have great padding and the fit is comfortable without being too tight. My kids have taken some pretty hard falls during games and practices, and these have saved their knees more than once. The protection is solid — you can really feel the difference compared to cheaper pads we’ve used before. They’re well made, the material feels durable, and they stay in place pretty well even when the kids are moving around a lot. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing they have decent protection while they’re out there playing. Coming from someone who values good quality gear that actually does its job, I can honestly recommend these. Worth the money and my kids are happy with them too. Would buy again.

Love these Mizuno Knee Pads! All 3 of my kids ages 8, 10, and 14 use them! Color: Love that they are black. Even after a full season they still look new and don’t show all of the dirt and wear from the court. Size: My girls are petite and these knee pads fit them without falling down. Padding and thickness: They offer great support and protect their knees without being too bulky. Quality: Great quality! After multiple washes and seasons, they have held up well!

Great low-profile knee pads that are a true youth fit. Great for both my 10 year old and 13 years old players. They hold up through regular gym use and washing.

High-quality sports knee pads! They fit my 11-year-old daughter perfectly and offer great protection during volleyball. Excellent packaging and durable materials—I highly recommend them.

My 9-year-old daughter is bigger and taller than the other girls her age and they fit really comfortably. Definitely worth the price premium compared to the no-name knee pads I bought here (and believe me, I'm all for no-name stuff). The stitching is stronger, material is more comfy, and the padding is thicker. Just pony up the extra few bucks, they're worth it.

I know most people buy these for volleyball, but I actually purchased these for Judo. My daughter is using them and found them to be very adequate. They fit snugly on the knee but more importantly not extruding too much to make it bulky and uncomfortable. They stay where they are during training. Mizuno is a well known brand in the making Judo gis, not sure why they don't market this item for this as well.

The Mizuno youth plus kneepad is comfortable, lightweight and provides good protection for young players. Really recommended.
