Doesn't help in making keyboard quiet a lot
I have the Razer BlackWidow Chroma X TE, and everybody complains from how loud the key clicks are, so I decided to try out these O-Rings, I got them and compared the sound before and after I put them, It's not really noticeable. But at least they give you the key remover and a cleaning brush

Removes bottom-out sound, and makes bottom out feel better.
I bought this set to use with PBT Double-shot key-caps on my Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard. Now, this keyboard is pretty awesome when it's stock. And putting better key-caps on it is pretty great. But these things, they seal the deal.To make a long story short, these work great any keyboard. They keep the keystroke about the same, but they also do a really do a great job on cutting down on the noise when you bottom-out a key. And on my keyboard, which uses clicky keys, this is a God-send. I heard the clicks from actuation, without the noise much of the noise from bottoming out these keys. Without these, my keyboard is a racket, but with these, my keyboard is sounds as tactile as it's touch. They work as advertised, and they throw in a few goodies. Like a cloth that you can put over your keyboard to stop it from accumulating dust when you aren't using it. That's a nice touch. Almost as nice as how my keyboard feels now while using these dampeners to make a clicky keys both sound and feel better.

Quieter, but was hoping for more
These do work as advertised, but I had hoped that the noise dampening would be more pronounced. My officemate does appreciate the reduced clickyness while I type away. The quantity of o-rings was about right. I had 6 left over with my standard keyboard with 10 key number pad. On the keys with stabilizers, I did put an o-ring on each of the key posts. I do have a RGB keyboard (Corsair K70) and the clear color of the o-rings doesn't seem to interfere with the lettering on the keys from lighting up. So, that's good.It would be nice if there was some little plastic tool to aid in installing these. Put the o-ring into the end of the tool and then press down onto the key stem. Just trying to place them on the stem with my fingers often led to them popping off. The inner diameter of the o-rings is a tad tight on the key stems. Not sure of the usefulness of the huge microfiber cloth or the little cleaning brush. I just use canned air to blow off the keyboard, if needed. I think those could be eliminated from this kit and save the consumer a bit of money. The included key puller, though, is a nice touch for those that don't have one. My keyboard came with one, so I was good in that respect.

A good investment and good for noise control
This is a great product that is a must-have for those that are Online Gamers or Recording Gameplay with Voice/Audio. This help creates a cushion between the switch and keyboard, eliminating most of the loud clicking noises. I recommend pairing this with the Razer yellow switch (Currently tactile and very quiet while boasting a 1.2milimeter response time versus 1.9 milimeter respond time in the orange or green switches, so they press down quicker than other keyboards.) As a Voice Recorder and Game Editor, sound is very critical and making sure the microphone does not pick up other sounds beside your voice. There is minimal to no sound made and I use this for both business and/or personal;in addition, this lowers the amount of damage that long-time gaming does.

Significantly dampens noise
I've used these on both a Razer Blackwidow Chroma at home and a Das Keyboard 4 at work. The Razer keyboard has linear Razer yellow switches (like Cherry reds). The Das Keyboard has Cherry browns. My wife no longer complains of the noise while I'm typing at home. And I can type without muting myself while on a call with a remote coworker. It doesn't so much lower the sound volume as much as change the sound profile to something more muted. It's still far from silent though, so don't expect that. It also changes the travel distance a bit. I prefer the shorter travel distance anyway. As far as installation, it takes some time. Maybe 15-20 minutes. They key cap puller it comes with is kind of tedious to use. You might prefer to just pay a few dollars and get one made with wire (looks kinda like a whisk). I found it worked best to put the o-ring on first, then put the key cap back on the switch and press down hard a few times to seat it completely.

Doesn't work on the Corsair K70 MK.2 Rapidfire with Cherry MX Speed switches
Due to the design of the low profile Cherry MX Speed switches, o-rings do nothing for them because the o-rings (attached under the keycaps) will never make contact with the switch housings. Even when a switch is fully depressed, there is so much clearance between the underside of the keycap and the switch housing that the o-ring cannot span the distance even when doubled up. The keycaps bottom-out inside the switches rather than on the switch housings. These worked on my K68 with regular height Cherry MX Red switches because the switches have protruding housings that will actually make contact with the o-rings.Edit: They do work on some keys on the K70 MK.2 Rapidfire. The keycaps on that keyboard are of different heights. On the taller keycaps, there's too much clearance and the o-rings cannot make contact. On the shorter kepcaps, they do work as advertised. But I ended up not using them because I wanted my keyboard to feel and sound uniform.
