Alexandra Collection Velvet Long Sleeve Skirt Leotard Lyrical Contemporary Dance Dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. With that said, the size chart has to be really off given what I received. According to the size chart, I should have ordered a size XL. However, I know this type of clothing often runs really, REALLY small so I ordered both the XXL and XXXL and ended up needing the XXXL - which according to the size chart should be at least 6 inches too big around the waist. It's not. The XXXL fits really well. It's tight, but exactly how it's supposed to be.

This dress made me feel beautiful for the first time in a long time :)It's very well made and fits like it was made for me. I will warn you, CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS, DONT ORDER BY SIZE!! I am usually an XL to XXL, and had to order an XXXL, but it fit me perfectly. It is also very warm (I am using it for figure skating) and SO COZY!!! You can tell it is made for skating/dancing. I definitely recommend this dress, but just be careful with the sizing.

I used this for figure skating and it was perfect! I weigh about 160 and I’m short, I got an XL. It fit really well. It was also pretty warm! A big bonus for me is that the top isn’t “sheer” like it looks. There’s a skin toned panel over the chest so you don’t need to worry about it being revealing, and the back comes up high enough you can comfortably wear a bra with it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this costume! So unexpectedly well made and comfortable and looks gorgeous. Really good price for the high quality. I am 5’4 and a half and about 140 lbs and I ordered a LARGE and it fits perfectly. I purchased this for a dance festival performance and I’m very excited to wear it on the day.
