Best device I have ever bought!
The device is super fast and runs great with Windows 10. Running multiple VM's on this device is no problem while still having good response times from the host device.

GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!
Received item on time. Right away, cursor jumped pages, and jumped lines by itself. Couldn't stay on one page. Would put my mouse far away from me and the pen far away and the pages just jumped and so did lines. Couldn't even reply to an e-mail because it jumped. At one point, it started typing stars, Shift-8, and I couldn't delete them and couldn't get into any browser or any e-mail or anything without hundreds upon hunderds of stars being typed in by them self. I shut down three times before it stopped. After reading about these problems, I felt that the updates might solve them. Did all the updates, still a problem. Disconnected the keyboard. Still a problem. Turned on & off. Still a problem. Finally called Microsoft technician who came into this computer and watched it jump. He knew right away this computer had a problem. He went to Fresh paint and it started painting by itself. He told me the problem is in the circuitry and that I need to send it back. It is called Phantom touches and he identified just where the problem was in the circuitry as well. When the cursor jumped and moved, first I would the page would flash, next thing I know I'm either on another page or 3 lines down. I have many computers. This was the first one that was ever defective. I am so disappointed. He looked up my warranty. Looked new, but warranty states it was initiated in August and I bought it in November. How can the warranty be 3 months old??? Obviously, someone owned this before me!!! I paid so much money for this and I lost valuable business time setting it up only to be disappointed. I don't know if I will go with this product again. Microsoft technicians results, this Microsoft Surface Pro 4, 1TB, 16GB Ram is defective. Sending it back. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!

I love the Surface Pro 4
I love this computer. It has the power I need but is lightweight, which makes it so easy to carry when traveling. The (optional) keyboard is a dream to type on. The display is bright & clear, So far (1 month), I have had no problems at all with this system.. I love it's responsiveness. Have been waiting for years for something like this. It is really nice to easily use a combination of keyboard, mouse, touch screen, and touch pad at will. They all work smoothly. I've found the stylus a bit "rougher," but since using the touch screen is so smooth and easy, that is not a problem. Overall, this system is a delight for me.

So-so for such a big price.
some glitches where it won't turn off and overheats. Seller offered no help or advice, and ended up paying a local computer place to fix it. Also, the screen cracks very easily if put down hard on the table.

Not too bad. Not great ethier
Imagine writing on a plate of glass with a sharpie and no matter how steady you hold the sharpie you can't draw a perfectly straight line to save your life. Thats been my experience with the Surface Pro 4 when trying to draw or ink in Photoshop or Sketchbook pro with the stylus. As a labtop it works quite well. Watching video clips, the sound is loud and the screen is very sharp and clear. The operating system works quite well. Battery life is average. Not too bad. Not great ethier. I think the biggest selling point of this device is the compact portability of a tablet and labtop is one. As a graphic artist I just find the feel of the stylus awkward and unforgiving. I've never really quite gotten used to it. And trouble drawing straight lines on the screen has been challenging if not distracting. It really takes me out of my work flow and slows me down. Its an unnecessary distraction that is quite annoying. It really pales in comparison to Wacom tablets screens and stylus. My only problem with Wacom is their cheap hardware they use to build their portable tablets. I may purchase a stationary monitor from Wacom to plug into my own desktop computer but I wouldn't dream of buying another portable device from Wacom after what happened with their first portable model, the Cintiq Companion. The power outlets kept failing to the point the device Stopped charging. And eventually Wacom just gave up trying to reimburse those of us who bought it. Its since become a two thousand dollar door stop.

Buy new. You'll thank me later.
Disappointed, to say the least. Seller gets 2 stars for speedy delivery and good packaging. What matters most is the functionality of the product. Epic fail! The charge won't hold. The synapses aren't connecting with use of the touch pad, the touch screen, or connected mouse or pen. I suppose it proves the adage, "you get what you pay for". I'm grateful for the 90-day return policy because I will be returning it.

Terribly disappointed!
I was impressed with the design, and weight of the MS Surface Pro 4. I had really wanted to try something very lightweight. The first three hours I used it things went well. It wasn't as lightning fast as I thought it might be. It took quite awhile to load software. Later in the day when I turned it on nothing happened. The battery had shown almost a full charge when I turned it off, but giving it the benefit of the doubt I put it on the charger. Nothing. I could never get it to turn on again. So, packaged it up and sent it back. I don't need that kind of trouble. Went out and bought a MacBook Pro w/retina display for less money. I'd rather the notebook weigh a little bit more and work!
