Hydro Flask Press-in Lid, Insulated

I am very impressed with the Hydro Flask Closeable Press-In Lid. It features Honeycomb Insulation technology, which does a great job at trapping temperatures. I’ve found it keeps my coffee piping hot for much longer than a standard mug. The slide-to-close design is a game-changer for driving because it tames splashes while in my car cup holder. It is also dishwasher safe and comes apart easily, which makes deep cleaning simple. Just be aware that while it is splash-resistant, it is not 100% leak-proof if tipped completely upside down due to the small air escape valve. This is a must-have accessory for my Hydro Flask 12 oz mug. It snaps into place easily and provides a secure, snug fit. I love that the opening is wide enough to fit reusable straws. It’s very portable and works well for both left-handed and right-handed drinkers. It’s well-made and keeps my drinks at the right temperature for hours.

I honestly recommend switching to this lid if you have a Hydro Flask All Around tumbler, it's much easier to clean and more sanitary in my opinion. I was disgusted by my straw in my old lid and I actually think it was making me sick. It's much harder to thoroughly clean a straw versus this lid where the slider piece easily pops off. This lid is high quality and durable, but be warned that your drink will leak if you tip it over. It is not leak proof. This isn't much of an issue for me since I mainly use it at home. The slider can be a bit difficult to open at times, but I usually have no issues if I'm using both of my thumbs to push it. It's made of a sturdy plastic material that feels smooth. I only wish these came in more colors so I could find one that matches my cup. Great price for a simple product.

Even though it's not listed in the details this lid does fit a 40oz hydroflask tumbler. Which was honestly my only worry. It's easy to open up the slider and clean it once you get it off. My only complaint is I wish it didn't splash out of the little vent on the top. It's not a lot of spill but it's still annoying when I'm driving or walking around with it. I wish there were more colors than just the black. Other than that it's good quality and functions as it's supposed to.

These lids are awesome! They make my 28oz hydro flask tumblers go from morning coffee to afternoon electrolyte drinks perfectly. The cardboard wrapper has instructions inside for washing. The slider comes out really easily and snaps right back in place. No funky gunky junk in your coffee lid!!!! I hand wash these to avoid and dishwasher damage. They wash really easily and quickly. The fit is tight without fighting them in or out. I don’t know if they would survive a drop or topple without spilling but there’s zero sloshing or spilling when the dogs jostle me. I love how this makes my favorite tumblers more versatile.

Super leaky - wanted this cap so I could put my cup in a bag when I’m on a go vs carrying in my hand all the time. Literally like putting an open cup in a bag. Horrendous - do not bother
