Love this, have been taking it along with vitamin, DIM, and KELP as someone who suffers from PCOS.Adding this to the mix helped with my overall mood and stabilized my mental healthtotally recommend, Dr. Eric Berg recommended this and has helped me a whole lot. Didn’t worked for me as in after reading some positive comments i thot to give it a shot….but after consuming daily 4 pills i got severe bumps on my belly which further turned serious with bigger bumps n swelling due to which i had to stop before a month completion… and i got my periods 4 days earlier to my last period… i had hopes but had to discontinue bcz of d severe acne on my stomach area…if sumbdy else had similar issue kindly share ur review and remedy for d same

This product was actually bought in error (should have been Zazzee myo inositol 120 Vegetarian Capsules). Delivery and packaging were great. However, after a few days use my system was disrupted; started spotting and having bumps on my chin so I had to stop.

It came as pictured and it did work. I have been taking a myriad of natural products trying to find something that would help with fertility for PCOS. I was taking only myo-inositol for the past 5 months. I switched to this 2 months ago hoping that it would help make the period a little less intense because my period was lasting 3-4 weeks and then I would have a break for a month.When I started taking this my period stopped altogether. I had a little bit of spotting during my period, but no actual bleeding. Also all my breast tenderness that i usually have went away and almost no cramping until the past few days when i have stopped taking it(which was nice). So I tried stopping this for 5 days during my period (to get the flow going) and only taking myo-inositol. My period is way too heavy now. So I am still trying to find the right balance. This product definitely works though!

Let me tell y’all something. Don’t go off the LITTLE but if nada reviews EVERY woman is different and it may or may not work for you. I struggle with PCOS for YEARS NOW. My son is a miracle baby and we’ve been trying for a 2nd for a WHILE now. I usually take a pill called PROVERA to get a cycle and then take clomid. Been doing that ALL OF 2022. My cycles are non existent. In oct of 2022, I actually had a cycle ON MY OWN! Couldn’t believe it. I bought this product and , Now the end of Dec and now I had ANOTHER CYCLE on my own. Never been so excited to get a period but I know y’all infertile women can see where I’m coming from and why. This product is GOLD for infertility PCOS hormone balance and to help ovulation im still going to take my fertility pill on day 5 of my cycle to help improve ovulation hopefully I can update y’all soon! Love this product it has truly truly truly helped me . PLEASE get yourself some and BE PATIENT. Remember every WOMAN IS DIFFERENT but this product right here …!??? Man it is truly gold

This works for pcos and bringing on a period. No period for over a year and this worked in 1 month. But it gave me heart palpitations. It is the vitex that caused my palpitations. So I am splitting this with a Myo-Inositol without the vitex. I believe the vitex has benefits but use with caution.

It’s been 3 mo since my last cycle! Started taking these supplements 3/16 and my cycle started 3/19! I’ve never been so happy to get my period! 10/10 highly recommend

I originally was taking the pregnositol for PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis and Adenomyosis and fell in love with it. It helped me lose weight and keep my hormones balanced especially the week before my period the horror PMDD makes me and other women go through. I ran out of pregnositol and ordered this one with vitex as it is recommended for those with PCOS and I thought I’d give it a try. I usually wake up with bad cramps, ovaries on fire and feeling horrible due to pre menstrual symptoms and took this right at the beginning of the week before my period and it works!! It took away all the cramping pains away and eventually had me relaxed and not ruining my day due to all the inner turmoil from my gynecological issues. I also take evening primrose as well and combined it is amazing! I’d definitely recommend this for those with issues like me!
