Q: Does it abrade, erode, or eat away the plastic surface and/or the rubber sleeve which must be fit/glued to that plastic surface?

It didn’t eat away any of the items that I sealed. It just added more bonding materials

Q: Can it seal a rubber sleeve on cylindrical rough plastic surface?

Haven’t tried it on rubber but I have used it to repair a damaged slide that is fiber glass and it works! It’s a strong sealant.

This is product to go for the Fevikwik fails to do the job.

One side tube does not work..

One side tube does not work. It dried in the tub. I completely lost the item. They may have delivered me old piece.
