I am a great Smeg fan, due to the design and great Italian function, this is for sure one of the best investments i have ever made, it is easy to use and clean. You can prepare 4 different dishes from starter to dessert without cleaning the attachments, using each time a different one. It is easy to store as you can dismantle all the components. Very powerful on the turbo function, i use it for everything, velvet soups, baking, souces, milkshakes, mashed potatoes...Just keep in mind do not submerge into water the lid of the chopper, otherwise water will come in and almost impossible to remove. Thank you Smeg for another incredible product, really recommend!

Makes excellent thick soups. Use a veg pack (the ready prepared for soup variety) one stock cube and 850 ml of water. Simmer until soft, then let it cool, then whizz it until it's nice and thick. You can add cut up bacon while cooking or bits of chicken. If you don't want them whizzed then cook separately and put them in last with juices so you keep the flavour. Gorgeous with crusty bread. Also makes excellent breadcrumbs for coating meats or making fruit crumble.Considered purchase but great piece of kit. Well made and looks really classy!
