A real nightmare phone
Phone has a VERY SLUGGISH and SLOW processor that glitches and freezes VERY FREQUENTLY, very often phone does not respond to pressing to the turn on/off button.Phone has an outdated VERY LOW 32 GB internal Memory, a negative feature for having many apps, internal storage space gets easily consumed even with very moderate usage and while having a very limited number of Apps downloaded to the phone.Unlike other Android phones, the phone has a VERY POORLY and "UNFRIENDLY" designed software, needs a software scientist to export photos out of the phone to a laptop, has an SD card slot however, it needs a software guru to know how to transfer the photos/files from the phone to the SD card.Advertised as a "Dual SIM" phone however, the phone does not allow the simultaneous use of 2 SIMs, however, one SIM may only be used at a time while the other has to be deactivated,The phone set vibrates from time to time while being carried by hand i.e. while not being used.Not worth the money paid for it. A purchase to seriously regret!!!!

Bad performance, and fingure touch is not working properly , battery backup is okI Return the item for repair and i received after repair and nothing change , same am facing . am sure that this mobile they used as display before , am not feeling this as new .Not recommended this shop for customers
