i have been through a lot of sleep masks - all claiming to block light - which none of them did. and they all fell apart very quickly. making very poor quality products seems to be the norm of these particular manufacturers. but this cabeau sleep mask does block 100% of the light - no light leaks around the nose because you can form fit it to how it works best for you. i haven't had it long enough to see how long it lasts, but so far it's been absolutely great. it doesn't have an elastic strap which i thought i wouldn't like, but it has worked out just fine. it does soften up. it's more expensive then the average mask, but seeing how i went through so many due to their being poorly made, i think it's worth it. i already bought a 2nd mask due to the poor experiences i had with the other products and i sincerely hope this cabeau mask holds up.

Black out light protection
Super for protecting eyes from daylight. If working night shift these are great. A little bulky for sure but good coverage the foam is comfortable but like any eye protection I donโt find comfortable when turning on side when sleeping.
