I had a fountain that leaked through some cracks. I tried the brand or sealant advertised on TV, you know, the bias with sealed screen door in the bottom. Seven coats, it never really sealed and lasted about 6 months. 3 coats of this stuff and a year and a half later, it’s sealed up tight. I really like this stuff. I wonder how it works as underbody protection on a car…..

This product is made in Canada so it was a no brainer for me to purchase it. I used it in my shed the ceiling was leaking after a rainfall. The application was so easy. No difficultly applying the coat on the ceiling .. No dripping. The product dried in a very short time. I checked just how good this product is after the last rain full. My shed was bone dry I would highly recommend using this Canadian made product
