Does anyone know if this will fit a G52 5 speed transmisson on a 1986 toyota pickup 4x4

Yes it will. I just installed one on my 86 4x4 with that same transmission.

Rock auto showed this part ckt-024 as a fit for my 87 4wd pickup however amazon is showing that it will not fit... any input?

I installed this in an 85 with 22R 5-speed. Don’t see why it wouldn’t fit Not sure if 6-cyl has a different clutch or not. This also fit in my 85 4-Runner 22RE

will this fit the a 4speed 88 base cab

Not sure , but it fit my 88 toy standard cab with 5 speed with a 4cycl 2.4

Will this work on a g52 trans for 84 toyota 4runner

I'm not 100% but I believe the clutch and pressure plate are the same but the throw out bearing in the kit is different. For an 84 4runner I think CKT-023 is the right one for your application.
