Electronic Plug In Timer Switch 24Hr

I use it for my yogurt maker and aquarium lights. It works perfectly and has been running flawlessly since purchased. Only drawback is that you can hear it ticking as clock timer cycles through but that's expected for any electromechanical product. Note: I found some negative comments, mostly those who didn't know how to use it. So i would like to help clarify how this device works. The device has 96 pins, one for each 15 minutes of the day. If the pin is pressed down, then power is on, if lifted up, then it's off. Example if you want the device to work from 5 am to 8 am, you would find the 12 pins corresponding to that time duration and press it all down. Once the marker reaches the 5 am pin, it goes on, and would rotate in real time, till it reaches the 815 am pin and it would then disconnect the power. Rotation would continue, until it reaches 5 am again, next day and so on.

Timer not working.....

Been using this to turn plant lights on and off. Great since don't need to use yet another phone app. Easy to use, can adjust in 15 min intervals. Manual on switch but would be nice to have a manual off without switching off from the wall as this puts the switch out of time.

Works well but at first I had to watch a video about it as the instructions were not too clear.

This thing is super low quality. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The little pin that is supposed to go up and trigger whatever you plugged in is shaky and cheap and is not really reliable to switch on. Waste of money in the end.

It seems that this is designed for the UK where they have a 50hz power system. The power system in KSA is 60hz. Frequency / Hz is what controls the speed of a motors. This will never keep the correct time given that the motor will run at a different speed here in KSA. It's probably a good timer, just not in KSA.

It does not work. Waste of money
