Great product but the plastic seal seems to mold easily and can't be removed even with bleach and scrubbing. It is in between the plastic.

The hypoxy used to hold the actual jug part inside the black outside "for looks' part is CRAP. I ignored the reviews... received this on a Wednesday night, got through Thursday fine, was walking through the parking lot into work on Friday morning, holding this by the handle, and it literally just fell apart. I should have just paid another 20 bucks for a Hydro Flask....

Broke after one use

This product seemed so much higher quality when I first received it. I am sorry to say that it only took about a month for the outer shell to separate from the insulation inside. I keep meaning to glue it, but I honestly shouldn't have to. To be honest, it only comes apart every so often, but it's embarrassing and annoying to have someone point out to me that the outer shell has fallen off when I am carrying the bottle by the handle. Speaking of the handle, it's not comfortable to carry. I realize that it's contoured to fit the shape of the bottle, but you have to carry it in your hand. Trying to sling it over your wrist or arm is incredibly uncomfortable as the angled edge digs into you.I also have had issues with mold. The pop-up cap has developed some sort of black mildew that I can not get off no matter how hard I try and I have tried everything. I assume that if I can't scrub or soak it off, it's likely not transferring into my water, but who really knows? I also wish this thing didn't leak so much. I used to be able to drink out of it, but now I have to pour my water from here into a smaller bottle to drink from since it leaks almost every time I tip it over. I have tried cleaning and adjusting the rubber ring inside the top, but for some reason, just keeps leaking. It's very frustrating and I forget to drink my water more since I'm not constantly gauging how much is left in the bottle.While this bottle has some great points (the lock to keep the cap from popping open is great), I did expect better given the brand name and the price. I'm sorry to say that after only about 16 months of use, I am on the hunt again for a good, large cooler in which to carry my daily water. I gave it an extra star for the fact that it does keep my water nice and cold and despite the issues, I really liked this thing for the first 9 months or so.

I bought this because it got 4.5 stars. I did not want to buy it because of the price but I figured with 4.5 stars and that price, it had to be a top notch product. However, on first use the foam insulator fell off! Now, I have a hassle on my hands and no water bottle for my daughter to use during games.
