Arrived on time and in good condition. The charger does the job of keeping my Dell Venue 11 Pro Tablet batteries able to power the tablet

direct replacement. The Dell tablet is picky. It will not boot up without an OE power supply.

This was meant to be type c usb and its a micro usb and i bought a new one and i got a used one.

It is an original charger, I had tried to make one before ordering this so I was already booted to diagnostic mode before plugging it in to make sure it was ACTUALLY charging. All dell ac adapters made after about 2009 or so include a 1 wire IC that verifies with the device to allow charge. I had used an HP charger to craft my home made solution which lacked this hence it not working.Fast forward to today, it arrived, I booted my tablet to diag mode. (Dell Venue 11 Pros its Power + Volume up from being completely off) once there I aborted the basic run tests, and chefked the middle of the screen. Upon first plugging up the included 3 piece system to the tablet I got 3 watts shown for charging.This wasnt good, but I had noticed the micro usb included was cheap and chintzy, they make charge only micro usb cable to save a few cents that are sold with cheap power banks so I swapped it with a thick motorola micro usb cable. It charges at 23 watts now!So what happened?The 1 wire IC probably communicates over the data + line, this means if you use a micro usb cable with only charge pins (i.e. no data pins) this adapter wont work. So swap the cable if it doesnt charge when you get it.Ive had it for about an how but it brings relief the amount of money I saved on this. If you get it, buy a micro usb or get a known working one from another charger to use if it doesnt charge the tablet.

I had previously written that this charger would not charge my tablet if it were running, but it turned out that the tablet was the problem (I was having other issues with it). After addressing the main issue, the charger works perfectly, and I can use my tablet while charging. A good reliable product that I am happy to use.

We bought one of these a few months ago for my daughter's tablet for school. It worked great, but she lost it so we bought the same one again. This one for some reason didn't work and wouldn't charge the tablet. I returned it with no hassle at all and bought the exact same thing again, and this one works great! Not sure what was wrong with the 2nd one, but the other 2 we've bought work great!

It's a power adapter, so not much to describe; however, it works perfectly, and I use it virtually daily. I bought it so that I wouldn't have to continue carrying the tablet's adapter downstairs earlier in the evening, then upstairs before turning in. That had become inconvenient, and I was concerned about eventually damaging the adapter.

The product was what I ordered and works great, however, the deliver was less that acceptable. Instead of leaving the package on my front lanai I found it in my landscaping behind the downspout and house. If I hadn't been going out side from the garage I would have missed it
