Great pencil

This is a great brand of lead but is a bit pricey else I would use it all the time. I bought this as it gets black easily due to the carbon in it- normal mech pencil lead is just graphite but with the carbon in these you don't have to go over too many times to get to black, like you do normal graphite lead.

I had to buy this refill after a few weeks of buying my 0.5mm staedtler mechanical pencil, which came with a refill, because whilst it was in my pencil case the lid slipped off and the lead was shattered. So fair warning.Its a shame as the lead quality was all I wanted. The lead was soft, but created sharp lines and rarely broke.Despite the container issue I loved this product and will buy again, but I will be a little more careful with how I store it next time!

your not getting 12 tubes of 12 just 1 tube of 12 very mis leading look for a better deal

Agree with previous comments here. Image for product clearly shows box of 12 tubes, however product sold is one tube with 12 leads only. Easy to get confused here and for this I feel product is overpriced and the image used misleading. I see text labels 12x leads further down on the page "clearly" but simply would not purchase again from seller.

The lead itself is perfectly fine but the plastic container it comes in is useless. I put it in my pencil case for when I needed it and a day later found that the lid had come off without ever previously being opened and the lead had spilled into my pencil case getting crushed into mostly useless pieces. Pretty disappointed.
