This red poha is a good one to have in the morning portige
This red poha is a good one to have in the morning portige. I can feel fresh and my stomach is full till lunch. It seems to digest very quickly. Insted of any other to have in the morning,we can have this product with milk,/ buttermilk.A simple food to have.

Nice product. Dont expect it to be like organic white poha. just a bit hard. But it has a good taste. You can keep under hot sun to make it more crispy and (solar) charged!
