Very elaborate detailing the steps to turnaround a company. I actually use the book as a guidance to turnaround a lost making company to a very profitable company; sales increase from EURO 1.5 mio to EURO 14 mio over a period of approximately 12 years! Naturally the market was actually there, and it is up to me to gain the trust and support from top management- as the book suggested.

Excellent condition

This book is quite dense. As the title implies it is heavy on advice of dealing with the politics of taking control in a turnaround situation. For a complete view of the whole project I would pair with the authors other book or a couple of the other solid Turnaround guides available.
