It left me so full of admiration for the work doctors do and the long hours they are compelled to work.It isn’t a political rant but a testimony of someone who knows and cares for patients and the health of the NHS.“I hope it will give a glimpse of what the job really involves.”Reading this you will think that the government line when they criticise junior doctors perhaps indicates they have never been a patient in our hospitals or spent seven hours shadowing a doctor during perhaps a 97 hour week.I love anything that makes reading more accessible and this is a book all should read for we all need and rely on the NHS.
