Really helpful customer service from the company
When we opened it on Xmas the machine plastic was broken although the box was fine . I contacted Amazon but they would only refund and then make me send it back and then order a new one and then get a refund for the difference which seemed a big hassle for a gift I Contacted the company direct and they sent a new one out straight away no issues at all The machine is great - can’t fault it
