Do you have drop in water pressure?

We have had no drop in pressure. It is a great filter I have several larger micron filters in front of this one to capture some of the larger particles so this one will last longer and has worked out great.

How long do these last. Average use 2 people in house.

I run 35000 gallons through them which for a house of 3 lasts about nine months.

Does the 10" filter out Chloramine?

Yes. Chloramine Taste & Odor Reduction (3.0-0.5 ppm) @ flow rate (gpm): 10,000 gallons @ 5 gpm 25,000 gallons @ 2.5 gpm

How long do these last
