Silver Cross Notting Hill 2 Door Wardrobe for Bedrooms With Generous Storage, Soft Close Drawer, Brushed Steel Handles

As an Amazon prime customer I am appalled to say this has been the worst costumer service I have experienced!I ordered the full kit, cot, wardrobe and dresser as a set. The dresser and cot were delivered by an exceptionally good courier Arrowxl. However the wardrobe was delivered by Hermes. First delivery of the wardrobe came in 3 parts, one part was missing and damaged! Amazon kindly arranged another to be sent out and a collection of the parts of the first wardrobe when arrow came to collect Amazon had stated it was a divan bed so arrow couldn’t collect. The second wardrobe was delivered again by Hermes and yet again another part was missing and damaged. Amazon kindly arranged yet another wardrobe to be delivered but I advised them to use a different courier service as this will be the third wardrobe they will have sent! They also arranged a collection of both parts of the first and second wardrobe. Thankfully DPD delivered the third wardrobe and all three parts were there. However Amazon again informed Arrowxl that they were collecting one part of the wardrobe when there was three! As a good will gesture and the trouble we have already been through Arrowxl kindly took all 3 parts of the wardrobe.
