I have order several scooters in the past and I finally found what I've been looking for: smooth ride, battery had last since I first charge it for the first time,i rode it more than 10 miles and still have two bars left of energy,when you set it to speed #2 it does deliver 15.6 mph. I'm so please with the way the brakes work no problem there and the warranty that the company offer it gives me a piece of mind,FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY.

So we ordered 2 in mid-April. It was great at first. only pb is we could not find anything anywhere to register the warranty even on their site that is very difficult. Also we could not download/use the app as it is not found on playstore even though it says compatible with android. I contacted them thru facebook which they just gave me an email and that was 4/25. I have never received a response.Then mid-may, one of the scooter started to stop while riding it, out of the blue. Which is extremely frustrated as my kids are using them to commute from school (only twice a week and only one way).i Contacted them again via facebook and no answer!!!Meanwhile the other scooter has no issue that is why i really think it must be a manufacturation defect...It's too bad cause we love these scooters, i really wish someone would get back to me so we can fix the issue.

It seems like they send the wrong product. We ordered 2 of these scooters. One do them wouldn’t even power on, it just showed an error code. We ordered a replacement. Once we got the replacement they scooters were supposed to have 3 speed settings, these only had two. It is also supposed to go up to 15 miles on a charge and we could only get 4 miles out of them. They worked best for My 60 lb daughter. We returned them because they didn’t perform like the Amazon listing said they would. I am still waiting for a refund on the scooters.

I have tried different brand of electric scooters and finally got this one. My boy really likes it. It has fair battery life and 2 speeds. The only shortage is the customer service. They don't have phone number if you need to call, only email for communication. But they reply email not too late, usually the next day.

I’m very thrilled about this scooter! Super comfortable and smooth. Excellent battery life.Will definitely buy the same brand over and over again!

Its only been a few days but I have zero complaints. Mainly for pre teens, teens & adults. Not for kids. Main use is leisure for us. Im not 1 to build things, but this was in my caliber & super simple to put together & understand. Hoping the long term battery life is at least 5 years if not more.I recommend it flat out.EDIT:This thing just went 25mph Lol! I was flying. Not sure if the electricity in the area was feeling spicy or not but I took it off about a 3 hour charge, and this thing shredded 🤣

I recently bought this electric scooter for myself and the scooter is amazing, it has no problem getting to 15mph overall I'm satisfied with this product.

Cool scooter. But the battery life doesn't come anywhere near 17 18 miles worth if I put it on max speed the hole ride it might last an hr and a half MIGHT!!! There is no way that this scooter will go 17 18 miles I ride 1 1.5 miles down the road and already has 3 out of 5 bars of battery left and after one battery bar goes down the others follow fast. The only way it would go 17 18 miles is if you ride it at 1mph and that's not even possible.
