I didn’t receive remote with the TV

I purchased this OLED tv on 12/06/2018. I took to india and started using. I was not impressed by color reproduction but I didn’t complain. I came back to UAE. My in laws were using it. Now when I visited back after pandemic, I found the bottom center portion of the screen has greenish tint. It shows yellow as green. When I registered complaint, engineers came and confirmed that issue is there. Took pictures of screen and went. They said it is not covered under warranty. But LG is marketing the OLED products for 30000 hours of viewing. Even if it was used by 12 hours a day, the product is under 12000 hours of use. This issue is reported by many customers which can be referred in net. Even I could see reports of similar issue in Sony tv which uses LG OLED panels. So think before OLED tv with LG panels before buying
