Signature Dishes That Matter

This is a book for coffee tables not to be used. The book is split into sections all of the pictures and descriptions of the dishes initially and then the ingredients and method at the back of the book in very small print, a completely useless design. What could have been an interesting addition to a usable cookery book collection is basically useless. Returned

A must have book for anyone passionate about food and cooking.

Got it as a present for my dad who loves cooking and loves a bit of history, he loved it!
