Womens Empire Waist Maxi Dresses Chevron Summer Boho Floral Casual Tank Dress

It's summer and I love wearing long maxi dresses whenever I can! I'm a big fan of chevron prints and had purchased some dresses last summer which I love. I wanted another dress in a different color and came upon this dress after some searching. This dress screamed summer to me and would match my blonde hair and blue eyes perfectly so I ordered it!This dress is a full-length maxi dress and comes in a variety of colors and designs. There are a lot of companies that make similar dresses and I looked for one that seemed to have the best quality for the price I would pay. This one seemed decent and looked nice when it arrived. There is no tag on the dress that shows the materials used to make the dress but it seems to be a spandex/polyester blend, which is what the product description states. I also cannot confirm the country of origin. I looked at the washing instructions provided on the product page and it says to hand wash or wash on a gentle cycle and air dry it so it stays in good shape. I never hand wash anything and instead, throw hand wash items into lingerie bags and put them in with my laundry. I then hang this dress up on a hanger to dry and it still looks great.I ordered the navy blue chevron dress and it's beautiful! For size reference, I'm 5'6", 175 pounds, with a 36D chest and I ordered a medium which fits me perfectly. I've found a lot of these dresses are fairly stretchy so check the size measurements and read some reviews to determine which size will fit you and flatter you the best. This dress rests on the tops of my feet and I wear flip flops with it since I would live in them if I could (I live in Wisconsin so this isn't going to happen!) and I feel it's a good length. The material is stretchy and comfortable. The piece between the solid top and the chevron print is elastic like my other dresses like this. The seams don't match up and some of the stitching looks like it was finished quickly but I doubt these are things many people will notice. The top is also a nice cut and should work for many conservative events. I'm busty and it didn't even show any cleavage! I found the top of this dress is slightly see-through and will show patterns on a bra so I wore a cami underneath the dress and that worked well.Overall, I really like this dress and am glad I bought it! It fits well and looks great. I can wear it to church or out to run errands if I like. It looks nice worn by itself and you can throw a cardigan or denim jacket on top if you get cold. The length is good too and it washes up nicely. I wore it to church this morning and had some people check out this dress! These dresses are cute and nicely priced so you can order a couple for summer. It's not perfect but I'm happy enough with my purchase that I would buy another one in another color in the future. Overall, I recommend this cute maxi dress for summer!

I have very large hips (my measurements are 41” chest, 36” waist, 51” hips) and bought the 18/20 size, which was still a little tighter than I would have liked, but was acceptable. The pockets are right on the hips, which is already the widest part of by body and made me look even wider, which I didn’t particularly like, but that’s what happens with my body type and pocketed dresses. I was able to flatted our the pockets a bit to make them a little smaller, but I could really put anything in them. I was concerned about the thin material and possibly needing a slip, but i was told that even in the direct sunlight, you couldn’t see through it 🙂 Overall, I like the dress and would repurchase it 🙂 it will look great when I lose some weight!

I really wanted to like this dress. I ordered the one with a red, white, and blue skirt. I'm 5'10", 140 lbs, 34DD and ordered a small (usually I can go either small or medium with dresses). The dress was way too short; it hit well above my ankles. But the top did fit my chest, so I'm returning and ordering a different color to see if maybe it will be longer. Additionally, one of the straps was sewn awkwardly and the seam didn't lay flat. Wasn't a huge deal, but probably would've been a small annoyance had I kept that dress.UPDATE: I returned the navy/red/white dress for the gray/coral chevron zig zag dress. The chevron dress was noticeably longer than the red dress. However, it still hung at my ankle bones and was just a tad too short. I would prefer it to at least graze the top of my feet, so I will be returning the chevron dress as well. Also, the chevron dress seemed to have a higher waist. That was slightly less flattering on my body (I have a large bust and small waist, so it just made my torso look all the same size and took away my shape), but still looked cute. I was impressed with the fabric of the chevron dress. It had a slight sheen to it and did not feel heavy, as some other maxi dresses can feel.Also, I got this dress to wear throughout my pregnancy (I'm 12 weeks and not showing yet), and I think it would have been fantastic as a maternity dress. There's lots of stretch to the material. I'm so bummed it was too short!

Love the dresses I ordered! They fit great! And I can wear them during my pregnancy ( which is current) and after as well! They are a little see through the but I just wore a long tank top under my dress and it fixes all issues!

Dress arrived quickly and in good condition. The material is what I would call slinky. It clings and swings at the same time. Not overly impressed by the quality, but certainly isn't the worst piece I have ever purchase. Fit is pretty true to size. I typically wear a 18-20-22 depending on brand. I ordered a XXL and it looks nice. Comfortable. I am 5'6' and the hem of the dress hits at the top of my feet when I am barefoot. The material on the top is thin so a tank or neutral undergarment may be needed. In addition, I am quite busty and the top part just barely makes it under my bust line. The waistline is basically a piece of elastic that pulls it in. Colors are really pretty and it isn't as "faded" as the picture. Little more vibrant. Overall, for the price I paid I am happy enough with it. My Mr. said I looked good. He doesn't usually have much to say on clothing choices, so it must have hit the right note for him.

LOVED THIS DRESS. I never ever wear dresses, but finding a whole maternity outfit 7 months pregnant for my baby shower was a good LOL moment in my life. So super cute dress it was. It fits PERFECTLY. I ordered a small, am 5’3, and (currently) 155 pounds. I’m 140 not pregnant for reference. It’s so soft and does not wrinkle while sitting, a huge plus. Also it was perfectly floor length on me. As you see in the second photo until I moved my legs into a pose and also held my bump, you can still barely see my feet. So take that into consideration when purchasing, it is long!Zero complaints and probably will wear it lots more, even though I’m not even a little bit of a dress person!
