Jem Large Petal/Ruffle Piping Nozzle, Decorating Tip, No. 123

I used this tip to pipe buttercream flowers for my floral cupcake business, and I am very pleased with the results. The tip is firm, well made, and gives a clean, beautiful finish. It worked especially well for the flower pictured, giving the petals a nice shape and definition. I also find it versatile, as it can be used for different floral designs depending on the angle and pressure used. Great quality decorating tip and definitely one I am happy to have in my collection.

This tip is great for a lot of flowers. I use it to make peonies and ranunculus mostly. The 121 is also great for inside petals if you're trying to add depth and dimension. You can use both. I'm left handed. It would be great if JEM would come out with a lefty version so we don't have to do things reversed and in the direction of away from ourselves. It can be awkward and frustrating at times but you learn to live in a right handed world 😊
