Q: Do you still have this same product available with ingredients listed on the label as in exact order with water not being the second ingredient?

Yes our last order was water as second ingredient and does not work . used to say water as 3rd ingredient. used to say Alcohol Denat., PPG-40 Butyl Ether, Water, Benzyl Benzoate, Fragrance, Dihydroabietyl Alcohol, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Yellow No. 6. would like some input from the manufacturer or the seller and others.

Q: Are the bottles sealed?

Yes, the bottle is sealed. Mine was delivered inside a box and bottle was also protected with a bubble wrap the first time and my second delivery the bottle was also in a smaller box and did not need the extra bubble wrap inside.

Q: Is this the same formula of Vitalis of the Vitalis my father used in the 60's and 70's ?

I'm not sure if this is the same formula they had back in the 60's and 70's. But I do know the ingredients listed in the same specific order as pictured here is the old formula I liked, PPG-40 Butyl Ether being the second ingredient, NOT WATER being the second ingredient. My personal opinion, the new formula with water being the second ingredient doesn't hold as well. Hope this helps

Q: is this returnable if not the original formula made in Texas?

It works and smells just like the product used since the 1950s. The return policy would be a question for Amazon customer service.
