The gears started slipping on my second set of 2 frames. I sent 2 messages to the seller and got no response whatsoever.

Save your money & buy a better extractor! Low quality, bad design. Absolutely no directions for assembly or care of product. Made in China, name on box says "Costway" - no address or phone # to call. Stainless steel is lightweight, had some rust on the inside where legs attach. Mine arrived with a dent in the side. The handle does not lock on, just fits on a square nut & slips on & off. Lids do not attach & also slip around. Honey gate leaks.

Buy American,,Trump was right
Missing parts and manual.Had to buy a handle,all the bolts,ball bearing was missing. Cheap Chinese made without quality control. Would of returned it but my honey was already pulled.....next time Man Lake for sure. It DID work after $35 worth of parts from Lowes. Update... after I got the parts( and seller said they would refund) it really does work well! Its HALF the cost of others so I really have begun to love it!

Spend more money on an American one
Piece of Chinese garbage. Products like this are why I'm voting for Trump. Honey gate and bottom leak. Handle doesn't secure. I had to remachine the holes in the legs to attach them, they were in the wrong spots. Gets two stars because even though it was cobbled together by someone with the skill set of a six year old I still like the price of all the components. I should also add I didn't get mine from Amazon, but from costway direct for $100.

Item arrived on time and had no instructions for assembly. As mentioned, handle kept coming off. Seems this was machined (as the inside is tapered) backwards as I reversed the handle and it fit better. I did not put the legs on because it is not high enough to put 5gal bucket under spigot so I made wooden stand which works well. All of these extractors made in China seem to be identical so why pay more than you have to. I have used this with the same results as the more expensive US made ones although the US ones are more robust. For two or three hives this should serve the purpose for most.Just remember that little ball bearing at the bottom of the shaft so keep an eye on this when cleaning.

It eorks perfect. Ee spun our first batch of honey in it. We let it drain over night and bottled it up. Clean up is easy too
