I wish I could give this one star. I made the mistake of buying two. Do not even buy one! The stickers are poor quality and do not stick to any surface I have learned the hard way. The map is also not very accurate. What a shame! I would like a refund for this poor quality kit.

But yeah, it's starting to come unstuck a little, and it's so thin that the included pins nearly fall out some of the time. Still, it's nice to have to remind us where we've been and want to go.Also: Eurasia has a giant straight seam down the middle. I get that Eurasia's big and the shipping box would have to be bigger if they made it one piece, but couldn't you have split it at the Urals or the Caucasus or similar?

I absolutely love this idea and had been looking to get one for the longest time. I was not disappointed. The cork board is on the thicker side and it sticks to the walls well.Just remember that once it's on, it's not coming off easily. It will leave the glue residue behind, but that can be removed with some work. However, the cork will most definitely crumble to pieces as you try to pull it off so be careful.

Very cool to put either straight onto your wall or add to a frame. (If you add it directly to the wall you will likely not be able to move it again without breaking the structures since it is made from Cork.)We were expecting it to be slightly bigger than what it actually was. There is very limited space to attach pictures etc.

I saw this on the Anthropologie site and immediately fell in love, and luckily Amazon was selling it for significantly less. However, for the price (which seems to have dropped a bit since I bought it), I definitely would have expected a product of higher quality.Luckily, mine did not arrive with the broken pieces that others have mentioned, just one tiny piece broken off South America. The pieces aren't super accurate, which is understandable with cork, but I did have a hard time identifying where some cities would be from the generalized contours. I was also disappointed that some countries were missing... Where's Iceland??I was also surprised it didn't come with any instructions. I ended up laying out all the pieces of my bed first, eyeballing where I thought the continents would go, then roughly measured the width and height to figure out where I should start placing them on the wall so they were well centered.I had just mounted a bunch of Command strips, so I just followed the same steps you would use with those... I cleaned the wall with some rubbing alcohol, let it dry, then stuck each piece and pressed down firmly for 30 seconds.It was fine at first. I don't think I placed all the continents perfectly, but I did my best without any helpful hints or instructions from the manufacturer. It looks nice enough on the wall, although it's definitely not big enough to place full 4x6 photos on... I just placed the included pins in countries I had visited.However, even without the added weight of the photos, within three weeks, the two pieces of Eurasian continent no longer would stay stuck. First it started pulling away at the edges, so I would push them down every time I walked by. Then the entire piece would fall off overnight, taking Japan with it. I would stick it back up, and I even tried hammering the attached pins into the wall hoping that would help keep it up... No luck.So now here I am a month later looking to buy some additional mounting strips. For the price, I certainly would have expected a product of higher quality.

I really wish they included more islands. I really think that they can include the caribbean if they are including madagascar, anyway, it think ill just make my own. Other than that, i still have to try it out. its a lot smaller than expected. Arrived all in one piece
