First off, fellow humankind caregivers, this fun thing was way more exciting than I thought it would be because of HOW MUCH IT CAN TEACH! I purchased this globe for my 5 and 7 year old so we could learn about the world's geography. (I am active duty military and their dad is currently overseas. I wanted to use it to incorporate the distance from "home" to where their Daddy is to help give them a sense of why it's night time for Dad but morning time where we are. With ours being a military family, I was also able to show them the places that we have all been, where their Grandparents live, and what ocean we swim in when we go to the beach (....This one blew their ever-growing minds!!!!) But the best part is that it comes with an activity guide that gives your children a TON of facts and pictures. Each sticker has a color-coded outline that coincides with the color of the continents that your kiddos will place around the globe by using shape-matching pieces. It is STILL giving us learning opportunities and table-talk during mealtimes! Highly recommended for any age child who is a visual learner, perfect for the classroom or learning at home!
